Good morning ladies and gentlemen,
 
Well we are down to only a few days until the OTHS encampment.  I have heard from some of you as to whether you are coming or not.  I need to let the cafe staff know how many lunches to prepare for the two days.  Will Gilway, are you still coming to the event and if so, what are your numbers?  It would be great if you could arrive Wednesday nite to set up.  The day starts on Thursday at 8:00 am and the day finishes at 2:10 pm.  I have invited the community to attend in the afternoon and evening.  We will have a meal for you on Thursday evening and you can go to Governor's Restaurant for breakfast.  Please let me know of any updates.

Well, I'm starting the countdown, 25 days until the OTHS encampment.  We have the facilities, the fire permits, the gun authoritization, all I need is YOU!  I need to know how many of you are coming so I can tell the people in the cafeteria.  Will Gilway, I need to know how many of your regiment are coming.  You can arrive any time after 2:00 on Wed. May 7 to set up.  The encampment starts at 8:05 with the first class on Thursday.  Please let me know ASAP.
